Zinner & Co. Response to Ohio’s Stay at Home Order

In response to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, Zinner & Co. LLP continues to focus on the health and safety of our staff, our clients and our community. As part of these continued efforts, we will be taking the following steps beginning on March 22 in response to Ohio’s “Stay at Home” order:

• Our office will be closed to all visitors.
• Our staff will continue to work remotely with very limited staffing of the office each day.
• Our telephones will be answered by an auto attendant. While you will have access to our company directory when calling, extension numbers are included in the email signature of all Zinner & Co. associates. Our phones will forward to our remote work locations.
• If you need to provide information to our staff for tax or financial statement preparation, there are three options to do so:
  • Electronic delivery through fax or email. Please note, a link to our secured ShareFile portal is included in each Zinner associate’s email signature.
  • Via the U.S. Postal Service.
  • Clients may also drop information using the mail slot to the right of the entry to our office, Suite #410 (mail slot size is 2” x 11”).
• All tax return and financial statement delivery to you will be handled electronically. In addition, we use RightSignature to obtain client electronic signatures on E-file authorization forms for tax filing.
