New Small Business Relief Grant (SBRG) For Ohio Businesses

The new CARES Act Funding is a package totaling $419.5 million. 

Some program details have been announced, including the the Small Business Relief Grant Program for small for-profit Ohio businesses, the Bar and Restaurant Assistance Fund to assist Ohio’s on-premise liquor permit holders, and the Home Relief Grant to help eligible Ohioans with rent, mortgage and utility bill assistance.

All three of these programs are going to be accepting applications starting on Nov. 2.

For our clients, the most important aspect of this relief package is the $125 million allocated to the Small Business Grant Program (SBRG). Eligible businesses can receive up to a $10,000 grant to help them through the COVID-19 crisis.
