Laura B. Haines
CPA
Laura joined Zinner & Co. in 2002 as part of the inaugural class of the Zinner & Co. internship program.
Since then, she has worked her way up through the firm, holding several positions in both the tax and accounting departments.
As the Accounting Tax Services Senior Manager, she provided guidance, strategy, and counsel to private businesses and multi-generational companies. Her expertise helped clients throughout all phases of the business cycle, from start-up through succession planning.
A Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs, her technical expertise includes accounting, compilations, and reviews. Her focus spans all industries, and subspecialty areas include real estate, professional services firms, and medical practices.
Laura graduated from Kent State University, where she earned a bachelor's and master's degree in accounting. She began her work in public practice in 2004. Laura is a graduate of the Emerging Leaders Academy, a three-year intensive leadership development program for CPAs who have been identified to lead and grow their firm, and also a past member of Toastmasters International.
